Driving While License Revoked $500

Careless & Reckless $350

Possession of Drug Paraphernalia $350

Possession of Marijuana less than 1 ounce $350

Speeding 15 MPH or less over the speed limit $Call*

Speeding 16-20 MPH over the speed limit $Call*

Speeding 21-25 MPH over the speed limit $Call**

Speeding Over 25 MPH $Call

Misdemeanor Assault/Stalking $350

Other criminal misdemeanor $350-$500

Criminal Felony starting at $2000

Domestic cases:

Civil Domestic Violence $1000

Simple Divorce $100****

Separation Agreement $1000

Divorce from Bed and Board/Equitable Distribution/Alimony $3000*****

General Civil Cases:

Simple Will $200

Adoption $750

****Court Costs not included. Please Call for cost information. In most cases costs are an additional $100
