Shaunis was admitted to the Bar in 2005 and joined our firm immediately after. Prior to graduation she had participated in UNC School of Law's Civil Legal Assistance Clinic where she represented low income clients on a variety of civil matters including domestic violence and juvenile delinquent matters.

Shaunis is a member of the North Carolina Bar Association, including the Young Lawyers Division. She was elected to serve as the Judicial District Representative for the 11th Judicial District for the Young Lawyers Division in December 2006. Additionally, she is a member of the North Carolina Academy of Trial Lawyers, the 11th Judicial District Bar Association, and the Harnett County Bar Association.
